What to do next?
Now Samil are still in business in Australia, however getting any help from them is very problematic. If your inverter is still in warranty you can try contacting them via their website www.samilpower.com. However they are not great at getting back to customers.
If your Samil SolarRiver solar inverter is out of warranty, or you just are not getting anywhere with contacting Samil directly, we can help. We can replace it with either an SMA or Fronius inverter, and get you back working again.
